Getting Traffic to your Listings
Everyone wants to get more visitors to their auctions, here are my top five tips that will cost you absolutely nothing:
keywords
Ensure that your listings (especially the title) is packed full of good keywords. Just think of all the words that a potential buyer might use to search for your item and make sure these words are in the listing.
email signatures
You have email, I know you do. Make sure your store or ebay listings are added to your signature so everytime you send out an email you are promoting your stock!
use forums
Log onto relevant forums for your items or ebay, answer questions ensuring that again, within your forum signature you have your listing details.
ask friends to pass it on!
Friends and family will be more than happy to mention to the people that they know that you have things for sale on eBay - use this free promotional opportunity.
remind old buyers
Keep the email addresses of the people that buy from you, and once a quarter send out a polite email letting them know that you have more things for sale that they might be interested in.
